At Normans Musical Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection as instructed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the instrument, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
